The worker reads each connected inbox over IMAP and files what comes back against the email it answers. In the app it is under Replies.
Replies, bounces and auto-replies such as out of office, from every connected inbox, each matched to the email it answers. Mail that answers nothing you sent is not counted as a reply. Filter by kind or to unread, search the sender, subject or text, and narrow to one campaign or one inbox. The unread count sits at the top.
With Stop sending on reply on, as it is by default, a real reply stops that lead's follow-ups as soon as it is read from the inbox, before anyone looks at it. An out of office does not, unless the campaign is set to stop on auto-reply. It holds the lead instead, until the day after the return date it gives, or for seven days when it gives none, and the reply shows the date the lead is held until.
Open a reply and press Interested or Not interested, or pick from the full list: meeting booked, meeting completed, won, lost, out of office, wrong person, objection. The label goes onto the lead. Interested, meeting booked, meeting completed and won count as positive in analytics, and a label can start a step kept for that answer.
The box under a reply sends from the inbox that received it, as a reply in the same thread, and the reply is marked answered. An answer is a person writing back to a person, not a campaign send, so it does not use the inbox's daily cap.
New email under a reply opens a page to write to that person from any of your inboxes: a new email with its own subject, or, ticked, a reply to their last message in the same thread. Insert a saved reply works there too. It goes through the same daily cap and sending window as your campaigns, so it is queued until the inbox can send, and it is not sent if they reply, unsubscribe or bounce first. It shows on the lead as One-off and stays out of the campaign's numbers.
Answers you send often live on the Saved replies page, linked at the top of the unibox. Under a reply, Insert saved reply fills the box for that person, to read and change before Send reply. On a reply in the list, Send saved reply fills it in, shows you the whole message, and sends once you confirm. Merge fields such as {{firstName|there}} fill from the lead and from the inbox the reply goes out from.
Under a reply, With hands it to someone on the team, and Mine shows the replies that are with you. Waiting on me shows the ones still unanswered a day after they came in, and the person a reply is with gets one reminder on Telegram, if they have linked it. Snooze hides a reply until tomorrow, for 3 days or for a week, then puts it back where it was, and Snoozed shows what is waiting. Tick replies in the list to mark them read or unread together, or give them all one label with Label as. On the keyboard, j and k move through the list, r goes to the reply box and i marks a reply interested.
With a model key set, three things appear. A reply nobody has marked yet shows how assisted reads it, with its confidence, such as interested, an objection to the price or the timing, or a request to be taken off the list, and Confirm applies that label. For a request to be taken off, the button is Unsubscribe them instead, which unsubscribes the lead the same way the link in the email does and marks the reply not interested. Draft with assisted fills the reply box for you to change. Suggest replies offers up to three short answers, each a different way to reply and drawing on your saved replies, and picking one fills the box. Nothing is marked, unsubscribed or sent until you press Confirm, Unsubscribe them or Send reply.
An owner sets the key and a monthly cap in dollars in Settings, on the Sending rules tab. A call is made only if the most it could cost still fits under the cap.
On the Workspace tab, What the assistant should know holds up to 1,500 characters about your business: what you sell, a pricing line, your booking link and the tone to write in. Drafts and suggested replies use it for prices, offers and details, and state none it does not give. It never appears on a client report or any public page.
