About Mailmeteor

Mailmeteor was founded in 2018 in Paris, is bootstrapped with nothing raised, and is estimated at about $770,000 in revenue for 2025 with about 7 people. The Workspace Marketplace shows over 7m installs. The paying count is not public.

Who should not switch

If you send a merge from a Google Sheet to a list that knows you, from one or two accounts, Mailmeteor is cheaper and simpler and there is nothing to run. Come to CraftNudge when you are sending cold, from a fleet of inboxes on several domains, and the cap, the ramp and the dedupe have to be enforced rather than remembered.
