What we leave out

What CraftNudge does not do.

Five things many cold email tools sell, left out on purpose. Each one is something you keep: your inbox, your list, your website, your sending and your LinkedIn account.

No warmup network

CraftNudge does not join your inbox to a pool that trades made-up emails with other members’ inboxes to make it look busy. It warms a new domain the slow way instead: a small number of real sends a day, rising week by week, and held where it is while the domain’s bounces are too high.

What you keep: An inbox that holds only real mail, and a reputation built on emails you meant to send.

How the domain ramp works

No lead database

CraftNudge does not sell contacts or find email addresses. You bring the list, from your own research or a data source you choose, by CSV, a Google Sheet or the API.

What you keep: A list that is not the same list every other customer of a database can pull, contacts and sends that are never metered, and import rules, on unless you turn them off, that stop anyone in your workspace getting two cold emails from you.

The five import rules

No visitor identification

CraftNudge puts no script on your website and does not try to name the companies or people who visit it.

What you keep: A website with nothing of ours running on it, and no one getting a cold email just because they read your pricing page. Open and click tracking in your own emails is off unless you switch it on.

No dedicated IPs

CraftNudge rents out no sending IP addresses and sends no campaign mail from servers of its own. Every email goes out through the inbox it is sent from, over that inbox’s own mail server, such as Google Workspace.

What you keep: Mail that leaves from the same servers as the rest of your company’s mail, no IP address to pay for and warm up, and no other CraftNudge customer sending from an address you share.

Connect a Google Workspace inbox

No LinkedIn automation

CraftNudge never logs in to LinkedIn or clicks anything there for you. A sequence can hold a LinkedIn step, but it is a task: CraftNudge writes the text for that lead, and a person does the step and presses Done or Skip.

What you keep: A LinkedIn account that only you use, with every request and message sent by a person.

What it does instead

CraftNudge sends cold email from inboxes you own, paces it inside the caps of each inbox and domain, stops the moment someone replies, and shows you what the receiving server said about every send. The reasons behind that narrow scope are on why CraftNudge.
