About Smartlead

Smartlead is run by an Australian company. It is bootstrapped with no outside funding, and a LinkedIn breakdown by Tim Carden says it crossed $20m ARR in 2025. Latka estimates about 90 people in 2026. “100,000+ businesses” is the vendor's own claim. No 2026 revenue figure is public.

Who should not switch

If warmup at scale, provider matching, a whitelabel or a Clay workflow is why you send, Smartlead is built around those and CraftNudge is not. Come here when your list is bigger than your fleet, you would rather the domain ramp were enforced than advised, and you want the API and the placement test in the price.
