QuickMail Starter is $49 a month for 1,000 contacts, 5,000 emails a month and one workspace, with users and senders unlimited and a 14-day trial. Agency is $299 a month for 100,000 contacts, 500,000 emails and two workspaces. CraftNudge Starter is $29 a month for three sending inboxes and Agency is $149 for thirty, with contacts and sends unlimited and a 14-day trial without a card. About QuickMail

QuickMail was founded in 2014 in Zug, Switzerland, is bootstrapped with nothing raised, and is estimated at about $2.8m in revenue for 2025 with about 25 people. That figure is a Latka estimate, not a filing.

Who should not switch

If your sequences use LinkedIn or voice steps, or if your CRM has to stay in two-way sync without a middle layer, QuickMail does those and CraftNudge does not. Come here when you want the sending itself done at the domain level, your contacts unmetered, and the raw signal behind every send.
