CraftNudge vs GMass: a sending engine against mail merge inside Gmail.

GMass lives inside Gmail and installs in thirty seconds. CraftNudge drives many inboxes on many domains from one place. If you send from one Gmail account, GMass is the simpler tool. The rest of the split is below.

Where GMass wins

Where CraftNudge wins

  • Any mail server that lets an inbox sign in to SMTP and IMAP with a password, not only Gmail. GMass is Gmail only.source
  • A ramp per inbox, a daily cap per domain shared by its inboxes, and a weekly warmup ramp per domain. GMass has a daily cap and a pause per account, but no ramp and no cap per domain.source
  • One inbox for replies, bounces and out-of-office across every connected account, with interest labels a person sets. GMass gathers replies in one place only for MultiSend on Professional.
  • Follow-ups, A/B variants and the API on every plan. GMass Standard has none of the three, and they start at Premium, $39.95 a month.
  • Dedupe across campaigns and a re-contact window, applied to every import on their own. GMass suppresses past recipients when you set it for a campaign.source
  • Telegram notifications for a reply.source

Pricing, checked September 2026

GMass Standard is $29.95 a month, or $249 a year, for one Gmail account without follow-ups, A/B or the API. Premium is $39.95 a month, or $349 a year, and adds all three. Professional is $59.95 a month, or $599 a year, and adds MultiSend, where the extra sending accounts need no plan of their own. The trial is 7 days. Each plan is charged per Gmail account, which is effectively a seat. GMass's pricing page shows prices in local currency, so the dollar prices are from its January 2026 post. CraftNudge Starter is $29 a month for three sending inboxes and Agency is $149 for thirty, with contacts and sends unlimited and a 14-day trial without a card. Checked on 14 September 2026.

About GMass

GMass launched in September 2015 in Chicago and is bootstrapped. Latka estimates $8.6m in revenue for 2024, up from $1.4m in 2020, and counts 11 people, while its about page names seven. GMass says 400,000 people use it, Latka lists 200,000 customers, and the Chrome Web Store shows 400,000 and more users. No 2025 or 2026 revenue figure is public.

Who should not switch

If you send from one Gmail account and your list lives in a Google Sheet, GMass is cheaper to learn and already where you work. Come to CraftNudge when you have several inboxes on several domains, some of them not Google, and you need the caps and the ramp enforced across all of them from one place.
