CraftNudge

Legal

Acceptable Use

CraftNudge is for legitimate outreach. These are the rules, and breaking them gets an account suspended. Last updated August 2026.

Send only mail you have a basis to send

Do not upload purchased or scraped lists you have no lawful basis to contact. You are responsible for compliance with the anti-spam and data-protection laws that apply to you and your recipients — CAN-SPAM, GDPR, CASL and their equivalents.

Honour opt-outs

Every send carries a one-click unsubscribe. Do not remove it, and do not contact anyone who has unsubscribed. CraftNudge enforces this automatically; do not work around it.

No prohibited content

No mail promoting fraud, malware, phishing, illegal goods, hate, or deception about who you are. No impersonation of others.

Respect the infrastructure

Do not attempt to evade sending limits, rotate through disposable identities to dodge suspension, or use the service to attack or overload any system.

Your reputation is yours

Mail sends from your own inboxes and domains. Poor practice damages your standing with Google first. CraftNudge shows you the warning signs; acting on them is your responsibility.

We may suspend sending for any workspace we believe is breaking these rules, immediately and without notice where the risk is serious. A suspended workspace can still sign in to export or delete its data. Report abuse to hello@craftnudge.com.
