Telegram, email and a webhook, each switched on by itself. Notices are for human replies only, never bounces or out of office.
In Settings, on the Notifications tab, turn Telegram on and press Connect Telegram. It opens our bot in the Telegram app, and pressing Start there connects your own chat. The page shows you as connected by itself.
Without the app, choose get a code for Telegram Web and send the start command with the code to the bot there. A code lasts ten minutes. Each person in a workspace connects their own chat, and Disconnect ends yours.
Each notice names the domain and the person, quotes the reply, and gives the campaign, the inbox and a link to the thread. A long reply is cut to fit Telegram's limit. The full text is always in the unibox.
Give an address to send to. The notice goes out from the inbox that received the reply, with the same content as the Telegram one.
A JSON POST to your own URL, on the public internet, for the events you tick in Settings, on the Webhooks tab. Every delivery is signed and retried. Webhook events has what each event sends and how to check a delivery.
Send a test puts a made-up reply through every channel that is on and shows which ones answered.
